Customized Pricing for Unique Yards:

• Terrain and Access Adjustment: Yards with challenging terrain or limited access may have a slightly adjusted rate to accommodate the extra effort required.

• Additional Factors: Yards with rocks, bark, weeds, dirt, or those that are unkept may have adjusted rates based on the additional time and care needed for a thorough cleanup.

• Initial Clean Up Fee: Service may be subject to and initial clean up fee if the yard has not been serviced regularly.

One-Timer

As Good Once As it Ever Was: Our One-Time Service is a swift, one-time cleanse, erasing any traces of your pup's indiscretions. Consider it the rendezvous your lawn deserves for special occasions or a random act of yard kindness. One Time Cleaning will be quoted at base cleaning rate for one hour. Rate will increase in 15-minute increments after the first hour of cleaning.

You know who you are... This one-time Initial Cleaning Fee caters to yards that need a bit of extra care due to missed pickups. Our team discreetly takes charge, ensuring a thorough cleanup of accumulated waste and sets the stage for regular services without judgement.
